★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência foi péssima. Fui para fazer uma revisão no carro que duraria três horas, porém o tempo de serviço já passa de sete horas. Entraram em contato passando um orçamento imenso, sem explicação de cada item, que era 10x mais do que o valor combinado da revisão. Não aceitei e solicitei para fazer somente o combinado da revisão. Voltei para retirar o carro e ele não estava pronto, fiquei mais de três horas esperando o serviço finalizar. Ainda assim, me chamaram para falar do alinhamento que precisava ser feito e que estava fora do valor que tínhamos acordado. A gestora é insistente de modo a me deixar incomodada. Parece que se não fizéssemos algum serviço que estava fora da promoção de revisão não conseguiríamos sair com o carro. Realmente pensei em considerar os serviços extras para o próximo mês, mas devido a insistência constante e a demora na entrega, não consigo confiar mais no local. Sei que venda é algo agressivo, mas se você não tiver feeling e passar dos limites, perde o cliente.
My experience was bad. I went to have the car serviced which would last three hours, but the service time is now over seven hours. They got in touch with a huge budget, without explanation of each item, which was 10x more than the combined value of the review. I did not accept and requested to do only the combined review. I went back to pick up the car and it wasn't ready, I spent more than three hours waiting for the service to finish. Still, they called me to talk about the alignment that needed to be done and that was outside the value we had agreed. The manager is insistent in order to make me uncomfortable. It seems that if we didn't do some service that was outside the overhaul promotion we wouldn't be able to leave with the car. I really thought about considering the extra services for the next month, but due to the constant insistence and the delay in delivery, I can't trust the place anymore. I know that selling is aggressive, but if you don't have the feeling and go beyond the limits, you lose the customer.
