★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ruim , arranharam meu painel na revisão, trocam de mecânico a cada 10 minutos , sai na moto e notei que estava faltando a peça , fui lá para recolocar. A pastilha ficou fazendo barulho , disseram que era normal , demorou meses pra sair , aí disseram que era o kit que tinha que trocar , toda hora empurrando peça nova. A moto morreu , disseram que não trabalhavam no problema , sem nem ver a moto , apenas por foto, que eu deveria ir na autorizada, isso na garantia deles. Enfim, muito decepcionado. Detalhe, moto nova , 2021.
Bad service, they scratched my dashboard in the overhaul, they change mechanics every 10 minutes, I got out on the bike and noticed that the part was missing, I went there to replace it. The insert kept making noise, they said it was normal, it took months to come out, then they said it was the kit that had to be changed, all the time pushing a new part. The bike died, they said they weren't working on the problem, without even seeing the bike, just for a photo, that I should go to the authorized one, this in their guarantee. Anyway, very disappointed. Detail, new motorcycle, 2021.
