Liguei e perguntei que horas fechavam, me informaram as 19. Fui correndo de Botafogo para buscar uma encomenda, chegando 10 pras 19hs e já estava fechado. Acredito que deveriam trabalhar com a verdade. Muito insatisfeita, pois sou cliente há anos. ?
NEVER trust the employees.
I called and asked what time it closed, they informed me at 19. I was running from Botafogo to get an order, arriving at 10 pm and it was already closed. I believe they should work with the truth. Very dissatisfied because I have been a customer for years. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato com eles para perguntar o horário de funcionamento e me informaram que o mesmo era de 11:00 às 19:00. Saí de Bangu 17:00 acreditando que conseguiria chegar a tempo, mas ao chegar no estabelecimento as 18:30 me deparei com a loja já fechando e se negaram a fazer o atendimento.
I contacted them to ask for opening hours and they informed me that it was from 11:00 to 19:00. I left Bangu at 5:00 pm believing that I would be able to arrive on time, but when I arrived at the establishment at 6:30 pm I came across the store already closing and they refused to do the service.
