Quanto ao serviço, informações sobre o processo de autorização e chegada de peças e pontualidade, só tenho a agradecer à toda equipe. Meu carro saiu da Toniscar totalmente limpo e com aparência de novo, como se tivesse acabado de sair da concessionária. E ainda por cima com aquele cheirinho de carro zero. Amei!
Realmente a Toniscar é uma empresa diferenciada e única em Salvador. Recomendo de olhos fechados.

I would like to register my total satisfaction with the Toniscar workshop. I'll start with the excellent service from the concierge to the mechanic. As for the service, information about the authorization process and arrival of parts and punctuality, I just have to thank the whole team. My car came out of Toniscar squeaky clean and looking like new, as if it had just left the dealership. And on top of that with that zero car smell. Loved it!
Toniscar is really a differentiated and unique company in Salvador. I recommend with eyes closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deixei meu carro há 28 dias na oficina para troca de peças após sinistro. A porto seguro já deixou as peças essenciais há mais de 10 dias e só agora que a empresa iniciou os reparos. Demora em enviar orçamento complementar para Porto Seguro e iniciar os reparos. Nenhum consideração pelos clientes que irão ficar a pé e depende do carro para trabalhar. Não recomendo!
I left my car 28 days ago at the workshop to exchange parts after an accident. Porto Seguro has left the essential parts over 10 days ago and it is only now that the company has started repairs. It takes time to send a supplementary budget to Porto Seguro and start repairs. No consideration for customers who will stay on foot and depend on the car to work. I do not recommend!
