não é a primeira vez que compro aí, mas é a última. o problema não está no pedido errado, pq sei que isso pode acontecer, mas o que me indignou foi terem ignorado minha mensagem. não foi de graça, praticamente paguei por algo que não consumo e não pelo que pedi. dinheiro jogado no lixo.
They sent my order wrong and when I sent a message charging about it they simply did not respond.
It's not the first time I've shopped there, but it's the last. the problem is not in the wrong order, because I know this can happen, but what made me angry was that they ignored my message. It wasn't free, I practically paid for something I don't consume and not for what I ordered. money thrown in the trash.
