★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sofri um acidente e a oficina era uma das referenciadas pelo seguro, levei o carro e o arrependimento foi total. Me entregaram o carro todo mal pintado e com varios locais sem pintar, tive que voltar la por varias vezes pra resolver o problema e outros relacionado a peças ficaram soltas. Menos de um mês após me entregarem meu carro novamente a pintura está a coisa mais horrível de se ver. Pintura fosca e com sinais bruscos de polimento.
I had an accident and the workshop was one of those referenced by insurance, I took the car and the regret was total. They gave me the car all badly painted and with several places without painting, I had to go back there several times to solve the problem and others related to parts were loose. Less than a month after giving me my car again the painting is the most horrible thing to see. Matte paint with abrupt polishing signs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senti um desprezo, devido a minha demanda nesse estabelecimento ser de "pequeno tamanho". Acho Q só fazem serviços maiores $$$. Daí tentaram "empurrar um serviço que não era necessário no meu orçamento.
I felt contempt, due to my demand in this establishment to be "small size". I think Q only do bigger services $$$. So they tried to "push a service that was not necessary in my budget.
