O ponto que eu acho que deveria melhorar é que vocês deveriam ler aquele espaço do aplicativo para fazer solicitações especiais ou observações e tentar atender a necessidade do cliente, por exemplo detalhe básico, eu gosto de pedir mais catchup e toda vez eu peço, vocês só mandam 2 unidades, caso vocês não queiram gastar mais com isso, então dê a opção de eu pagar por mais quantidade, como eu faço com a maionese, porque um detalhe tão básico como esse diminui o valor da experiência do cliente.

The snack is very good, it is the only place in Brotas that makes soy hamburger.
The point that I think should improve is that you should read that space of the application to make special requests or observations and try to meet the customer's need, for example basic detail, I like to ask for more ketchup and every time I ask, you just send 2 units, if you don’t want to spend more on it, then give me the option to pay for more, as I do with mayonnaise, because such a basic detail reduces the value of the customer experience.

They say the vegan burger is of course not vegan, because it’s just the name, just as the BIG MAC is also not really big... seriously??? Vegan isn’t just a name, if you apply this logic you can also offer a vegetarian salad and serve Churrasco.

They have an option for a vegan burger, but careful: it comes with regular cheese and mayonnaise - so it’s definitely not vegan if you don’t ask to leave out those products. Also, they grill the soy patty just next to the beef patty.
