★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem fiz um pedido às 21 horas pelo app aiqfome com pagamento online, às 22:55hs liguei pra loja e me informaram que apesar do atraso meu pedido já tinha saído pra entrega. Acontece que meu pedido não chegou. Não consegui mais contato com a loja nem ontem e nem hoje. Quero saber o que vai ser feito do meu dinheiro já pago. Sem contar o transtorno. Espero resposta em algum meio.
Yesterday I placed an order at 9 pm through the aiqfome app with online payment, at 10:55 pm I called the store and they informed me that despite the delay my order had already left for delivery. It turns out that my order did not arrive. I couldn't get in touch with the store either yesterday or today. I want to know what will be done with my money already paid. Not to mention the inconvenience. I expect an answer in some medium.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despreparados e péssimo atendimento. Não levaram a máquina de cartão, ofereci pix não aceitaram, tentei devolver o lanche tbm não aceitaram. O entregador ficou gritando no meio da minha rua, a dona do restaurante foi muito grosseira e mal educada, agindo como se eu não quisesse pagar o lanche. Me constrangeram por um erro do restaurante. Por fim, fiz o pix mesmo assim e cancelaram o pedido (que fiz por aplicativo) para que eu não pudesse avaliar o serviço. Não recomendo pois a empresa não respeita o cliente.
Unprepared and poor service. They didn't take the card machine, I offered pix they didn't accept it, I tried to return the snack, they didn't accept it. The delivery man was screaming in the middle of my street, the restaurant owner was very rude and rude, acting as if I didn't want to pay for lunch. Embarrassed me for a mistake by the restaurant. Finally, I did the pix anyway and canceled the order (which I made by application) so I couldn't rate the service. I don't recommend it because the company doesn't respect the customer.
