★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando fui trocar os pneus, ofereceram outras marcas fora da promoção anunciada, pois diziam que "tinha acabado do estoque os pneus promocionais".
Aí, ao retirar os pneus, inventaram um monte de problemas, mas como já tinham desmontado o carro inteiro, pedi para fazerem.
Depois, inventaram que um alinhamento, balanceamento e cambagem que custava mais de 1.200 (ficaram bravos porque eu disse que não ia fazer e ameaçaram a cortar a garantia dos pneus e da manutenção) e ainda sumiram com uma peça de proteção do meu carro.
Não indico nem para meus inimigos...

Then, when removing the tires, they invented a lot of problems, but as they had already dismantled the entire car, I asked them to do it.
Then they invented an alignment, balancing and camber that cost more than 1,200 (they got mad because I said I wasn't going to do it and threatened to cut the warranty on the tires and maintenance) and still disappeared with a protective piece of my car.
I don't even recommend it to my enemies...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ não trocaram o pneu, disseram que não compensava só trocar o pneu se não fosse fazer os outros serviços pois só o pneu não dá lucro, ou seja eles vendem os pneus desde que você faça todos os outros serviços com eles ou seja , colocam o pneu com preço baixo como pega trouxa ….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com esta empresa não foi boa, Fui até a top car da avenida itavuvu, depois do atendente me passar os valores dos pneus importados, 175 65 14 resolvi trocar, para a minha surpresa foi detectado um desgaste do braço axial da suspensão.
Me passaram o orçamento do serviço e resolvi fazer o serviço no meu mecânico, porém pedi para trocar o pneu.
A empresa se negou a trocar o meu pneu
Sem eu fazer o reparo, quis levar o pneu na mão, dando o meu como base de troca, mas ai o preço muda, ficou bem mais caro..
Venda casada é crime, portanto tomem cuidado.
Para trocar o pneu nesta loja, você precisa levar o carro em uma mecânica e verificar toda a Suspensão, pois se tiver algum problema você não poderá comprar o pneu (Absurdo)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Troquei os amortecedores e mais algumas coisas deram garantia do serviço mais tive problema com o carro em 2 dias e levei pra fazer uma revisão trocaram uma peça o barulho sumiu mais chegando em casa voltou,creio q seja alguma coisa q estragou mais não vou levar novamente pq é muito longe d aonde eu moro pra resolver,mais não tenho oq reclamar em si.
I changed the shock absorbers and a few more things guaranteed the service but I had a problem with the car in 2 days and I took it to a review they changed a part the noise disappeared but when I got home it came back, I think it's something that broke but I won't take it again because it's too far from where I live to solve it, but I have nothing to complain about itself.
