No meu caso, solicitei virtualmente a higienização de um colchão, e em tempo hábil a empresa me respondeu não só dando o orçamento, como também explicando os procedimentos que seriam feitos e sobretudo por quê, o que ajuda bastante as pessoas curiosas como eu a entender o que está sendo feito. Os dois profissionais que vieram fizeram questão de reforçar o que seria feito em cada etapa e, consequentemente, o resultado foi um serviço impecável. Recomendo de olhos fechados.
Top Clean Brasil is professional and very competent in the services it proposes. In my case, I requested virtually the cleaning of a mattress, and in a timely manner the company answered me not only giving the budget, but also explaining the procedures that would be done and especially why, which helps curious people like me to understand what is being done. The two professionals who came were keen to reinforce what would be done at each stage and, consequently, the result was impeccable service. I recommend with my eyes closed.

Assim, solicitei a reexecução do serviço e fui prontamente atendido, não sendo oposto nenhum empecilho à execução. Após a segunda limpeza, mesmo o serviço sendo feito de forma qualitativa pelo funcionário Webston que, friso, foi extremamente profissional e atencioso, o sofá permaneceu com um cheiro ruim, talvez pelo tempo chuvoso da nossa cidade. Desta forma, a funcionária Cintia entrou em contato comigo buscando um feedback e informei que o problema do mau cheiro não havia sido solucionado, posto que o estofado não havia secado no tempo adequado. Mais uma vez a empresa se disponibilizou a realizar o serviço a fim de solucionar tal percalço e, desta vez, fiquei satisfeito, já que o mau cheiro cedeu lugar ao aroma do produto aplicado, especialmente porque no dia após à reexecução da limpeza fez um dia ensolarado. Portanto, considero minha experiência com a empresa positiva, posto que se dispuseram a de fato solucionar a minha pretérito insatisfação. Elogios à equipe de atendimento ao cliente por se preocupar de fato com o consumidor, coisa rara quando da prestação de serviços em Belém.
Initially, as I had already explained in a previous review, my sofa did not dry properly and did not have a pleasant smell. Thus, I requested the re-performance of the service and was promptly answered, with no impediment to the execution being opposed. After the second cleaning, even though the service was done qualitatively by the employee Webston who, I stress, was extremely professional and attentive, the sofa still had a bad smell, perhaps because of the rainy weather in our city. In this way, the employee Cintia contacted me looking for feedback and I informed that the problem of the bad smell had not been solved, since the upholstery had not dried in the proper time. Once again, the company offered to carry out the service in order to solve this problem and, this time, I was satisfied, since the bad smell gave way to the aroma of the applied product, especially since the day after the cleaning was carried out again, it was a day sunny. Therefore, I consider my experience with the company to be positive, since they were willing to actually solve my past dissatisfaction. Compliments to the customer service team for truly caring about the consumer, which is rare when providing services in Belém.
