★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otima quando querem te iniciar como cliente, quando não deseja mais nem o cuidado de querer te manter na academia tem. Durante a pandemia continuou efetuando descontos no cartão de credito, mesmo daqueles que estavam também passando por dificuldades financeiras, um acordo que foi feita deles com eles mesmos de repor após o vencimento do contrato. Estou tentando fazer o cancelamento ja um tempo, tentando buscar atendimento pelo telefone sem sucesso, academia estava fechada n sendo possivel fazer o cancelamento, quando conseguir ir presencialmente me passaram um e-mail para cancelamento no qual estao cobrando a mensalidade como a “multa” de recisao que prometeram não ter, ate ai ok ja que assinei um contrato.Mas quando fui pedir para q essa mensalidade seja debitada no que eu paguei e não usufrui, quem saiu no prejuizo? Claro que o cliente, falando que é meu por direito mas somente quando o contrato se encerrar, e se estou rompendo e porque não posso continuar por vários motivos ate logisticos. Sendo assim não vou usufruir do que paguei sem concordar,e sem usar ja que a academia estava fechada.

Of course the client, saying that it is mine by right, but only when the contract ends, and if I am breaking it and because I cannot continue for various reasons, even logistical. So I will not enjoy what I paid without agreeing, and without using since the gym was closed.
