Deixa o Cliente esperando ,sem mesmo ter pré atendimento ou perguntar qual o defeito do veículo.
Fiquei plantado 30min e ninguém veio perguntar o que está acontecendo com o meu veículo.
E olhe que perguntei onde me dirijo para atendimento (resposta aguarda por favor).Por fim veio um funcionário que conseguiu retirar essa má impressão.
