Entro em contato com o suporte da empresa, que sempre informa que o problema vai ser resolvido imediatamente, porém demora dias para a internet retornar. Recentemente fiquei 4 dias seguidos sem internet. E atualmente estou sem internet já faz 3 dias. O cliente paga caro e em dia por um serviço sem qualidade. Muito insatisfeita com a empresa.

And I'm currently without internet for 3 days. The customer pays dearly and on time for poor service. Very dissatisfied with the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percimo serviço não cumpre o que oferece e ainda coloca o nome no SPC e Serasa só que eles tem que saber que todo mundo não e tapado não, existem pessoas esclarecidas e vou colocar na justiça e cobrar meus direitos e danos morais pois ele não oferecem o serviço coreto e ainda suja o nome das pessoas, quem tem que pagar e eles e não os clientes,se todos procurar seus direitos ou melhora o serviço ou eles vão ter que indenizar muita gente,desde que estejam com seus devido direitos .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, tenho a internet contratada há 2 anos e no começo era boa, mas ultimamente vem caindo toda hora, qualquer chuvisco ela cai e o suporte da empresa é PÉSSIMO, HORROROSO, pior suporte que já vi em uma empresa, só dizem que tem solicitação técnica aberta e nunca vêm resolver, já cheguei a ficar dias sem internet e eles não vieram arrumar. Sério, não contrate essa provedora se não quiser passar raiva.
Too bad, I had the internet hired for 2 years and at the beginning it was good, but lately it has been dropping all the time, any drizzle it falls and the company's support is AWESOME, HORROROUS, the worst support I have ever seen in a company, they just say that it has open technical request and never come to resolve, I already had days without internet and they didn't come to fix it. Seriously, don't hire this provider if you don't want to be angry.

Desde quando instalaram a internet aqui , a internet só vive caindo , só funciona a internet das 8 as 4 da tarde e depois passamos o restante do dia , a madrugada sem internet. Não recomendo, saiam dessa furada. Nos ofereceram 35 megas e a internet não chega a 10 megabytes. Ligamos para vendedora dessa imprestável internet, porque não conseguimos falar com a central, nem com técnico, nem com o sócio desse lixo. A vendedora disse que a internet não é fibra ótica, resumindo fomos tapiados. Deixo aqui a minha indignação pelo péssimo serviço prestado por esse provedor de internet. Digo e repito, não queiram serviço desse provedor, pois vão se arrepender assim como eu . Obrigado pela atenção...
