★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente a experiência não foi legal, pois no dia 16..03.2022 solicitei um lanche que estava entre os mais caro e quando chegou na minha residência não veio o lanche que pedi e quando abri o lanche só tinha frango desfiado e carne faltando varias coisas. Mandei mensagem novamente para atendente via WhatsApp e a mesma informou que não podia fazer mais nada pq a cozinha tinha fechado e quando informei que queria o estorno do valor pq não condizia com o lanche ela pediu para guardar o lanche que no outro dia o motoboy iria buscar e assim estornaria o valor.. Acabou que comi o lanche e atendente não mandou mais nada no whats, enfim, perderam minha família como clientela.
Unfortunately, the experience was not good, because on 03.16.2022 I requested a snack that was among the most expensive and when it arrived at my house, the snack I asked for did not come and when I opened the snack there was only shredded chicken and meat missing several things. I messaged the attendant again via WhatsApp and she informed that she couldn't do anything else because the kitchen had closed and when I informed her that I wanted a refund of the amount because it didn't match the snack she asked to save the snack that the motoboy would go the other day pick it up and then refund the value.. I ended up eating the snack and the attendant didn't send anything else on whats, anyway, they lost my family as a clientele.
