★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar para se morar ,vizinhos grossos e mal educados ( de nível da atirar ovos em festas , e gritar palavras esdrúxulas a noite) não a quadra e jogar bola em lugares onde não há nada está sobre risco de multas, isso sem com o enorme mal planejamento com áreas "grandes" com nada apenas árvore que segundo funcionários custaram mil reais que são árvores tortas e condenadas a morrerem , é isso sem contar que houve vazamentos de cano em elevadores, e ratos em elevadores, as áreas como brinquedoteca não é cuidada e está destruída ,mas é um ótimo lugar para crianças desque elas saibam correr de ratos e vazamentos e algumas fotos que estavam na planta não tem NENHUM compromisso com a realidade mas mesmo com todos esse problema o apartamento em si é bom , e a academia são realmente as melhores coisas dela e também há várias crianças
 Lousy place to live, thick and rude neighbors (level of throwing eggs at parties, and shouting weird words at night) not the court and play ball in places where nothing is at risk of fines, without the huge poor planning with "large" areas with nothing but a tree that, according to officials, cost a thousand reais which are crooked trees and condemned to die, that is not to mention that there were leaks in pipes in elevators, and rats in elevators, areas such as playrooms are not taken care of and it is destroyed, but it is a great place for children to let them know how to run from rats and leaks and some photos that were on the plant have NO commitment to reality but even with all this problem the apartment itself is good, and the gym is really the best things about it and there are also lots of kids

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um edifício lindo, minha prima e o esposo moram lá e é bem ampla, tem piscina área infantil, salão de festa academia, e bem tranquilo pelo menos para visita eu senti confortável
It's a beautiful building, my cousin and her husband live there and it's very spacious, it has a swimming pool, children's area, gym party room, and very quiet at least for visiting I felt comfortable
