★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja não cumpri o que promete , comprei um guarda roupa na sexta informaram que iria entrega na terça feira e hoje ligamos para lá e informam que não vão entregar , só na próxima semana. Deveria falar isso no ato da venda , porque para vender são ótimos. Não indico a ninguém. São irresponsáveis, mentirosos, porque primeiro fala que vinha de pico , e depois disseram que vem de juazeiro. O pós venda e horrível, se voce não quiser ter raiva não vá.
The store did not fulfill what it promises, I bought a wardrobe on Friday, they informed that it would be delivered on Tuesday and today we called there and said that they will not deliver it, only next week. I should say this when selling, because they are great to sell. I don't recommend it to anyone. They are irresponsible, liars, because first they say it came from pico, and then they said it comes from juazeiro. The aftermarket is horrible, if you don't want to be angry don't go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré la mayoría de los muebles en este lugar, no pudieron servir en tiempo y forma siendo ágiles en la devolución del dinero. Buenos vendedores, un gerente atento y muy correcto.
I bought most of the furniture in this place, they could not serve in a timely manner being agile in the return of the money. Good salespeople, an attentive and very correct manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fujam dessa loja! Comprei um armário lá e as duas laterais vieram quebradas. Agora só enrolam pra fazer a troca das peças com defeito. Só raiva e arrependimento. E possivelmente um processo, estou só esperando os 30 dias que o CDC estipula para o estabelecimento resolver o problema.
Run away from this store! I bought a closet there and both sides came broken. Now they just roll around to replace the defective parts. Just anger and regret. And possibly a lawsuit, I'm just waiting for the 30 days the CDC stipulates for the establishment to resolve the issue.

I bought a bed now on the 31/05, it arrived on the 02/06, blz delivery was good, but it came with a defect in the foot, I'm calling the store, no one answers the landline, this is a lack of respect for the customer, and remembering that it was my first purchase.. I'm outraged...
