★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o pós venda muito ruim. O montador errou a montagem de uma gaveta e amassou o trilho das portas. Na época, reclamamos na loja e as peças foram enviadas, mas o montador nunca mais voltou para resolver os problemas. Decidimos não comprar mais nesta loja.
 I found the after sales very bad. The assembler erased the assembly of a drawer and dented the door track. At the time, we complained at the store and the parts were shipped, but the assembler never came back to solve the problems. We decided not to buy more at this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento até que é bom, mas infelizmente a vendedora não fala do prazo da montagem.
Minha mãe comprou um móvel lá e liguei pra loja para perguntar quando seria a montagem.
A moça que atendeu o telefone disse que seria um prazo de 10 dias úteis. Sendo que a vendedora não falou sobre esse prazo da montagem.
Passou os 10 dias úteis e nada do montador aparecer na casa da minha mãe. Isso é um transtorno com o cliente. Já liguei várias vezes pra lá e ninguém atende mais esse telefone.
O pior que minha mãe fez o pagamento a vista.
Então... Eu aconselho que não comprem móveis lá. Evitem dor de cabeça

The worst that my mother made the cash payment.
So ... I advise you not to buy furniture there. Avoid headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O prazo de troca de produtos com avaria ultrapassa o prazo dado pelo CDC, e ainda querem ter razão, ainda querem q o cliente q foi lesado aguarde mais dias, e não querem devolver o valor pago, sendo q o erro foi deles, e tá no CDC q o cliente pode optar por receber o valor pago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma mesa de computador a peso de ouro nessa loja, pouquíssimo tempo depois a perna da mesa se abriu. Liguei pra loja e a mulher disse que era mal uso é que já não tinha mais garantia sendo que a mesa é usada apenas pra por um computador em cima. Rir par não chorar viu...
