★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento dos técnicos é excelente. Mas o atendimento virtual é péssimo. Demoram a responder. A gente manda msg eles nem visualizam, ligo e só dá caixa postal. Depois que instala é muito difícil falar com eles.
Technical assistance is excellent. But the virtual service is terrible. They take too long to respond. We send messages, they don’t even see it, I call them and they only give voicemail. After installing it is very difficult to talk to them.
