No dia da mudança tudo foi empacotado com plástico bolha, os móveis envolvidos em papelão, amarrado com cuidado, por funcionários ágeis e experientes. Nosso veículo também foi transportado e chegou sem avarias. Durante o transporte do interior do RJ até PVH foram 6 dias. Nesse inteirim, o Eduardo Ramirez fez contato, me repassando as informações necessárias.
Foi uma experiência boa.

Fui atendida durante a fase de compra e contrato pelo Eduardo. Um menino muito bom, atencioso e vendedor.
O processo da coleta foi excelente, realmente não me preocupei com nada, embalaram tudo, inclusive os produtos sensíveis, como taças.
Me estressei um pouco com a entrega que esperava que fosse antes do prazo final, o que não aconteceu.
A entrega foi realizada dentro do prazo, tudo entregue certinho e sem produtos danificados.
Resumindo, se mudasse novamente, voltaria a contatar o serviço.
E Eduardo merece um aumento, não desiste da venda nunca, quase fechei com outra empresa e não fechei por causa dele.
