★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Desde quando instalei a internet ela trava muito, isso já faz 7 meses.. E agora tem 3 dias que estou sem internet so funciona no whatsapp e não dá pra fazer ligação e nem abrir videos, áudios.. Ta difícil e quando chemamos no suporte eles demoram responder e ficam mandando a gente fazer a mesma coisa toda vez e não adianta nada.
 - Since when I installed the internet it crashes a lot, it has been 7 months now. And now I have 3 days without internet so it only works on whatsapp and you can’t make calls or open videos, audios .. It’s difficult and when we arrive at support they take a long time to respond and keep telling us to do the same thing every time and it’s no use.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima qualidade de serviço e atendimento nada presta, fico sem internet sempre pelo menos 2 meses no mês fico sem internet e sempre na hora que eu mais presciso falta de comprometimento com Cliente fiquei sem internet ontem dia 31/12 até agora nada mandei mensagem pro suporte técnico chegou a mensagem automática que a imprensa parou de funcionar dia 31/12 as 16:00 e só retorna dia 04/1 ??????? e não responde nenhum dos comentários ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, marquei a instalação para o sábado a tarde, sexta feira me retornaram falando que o técnico estava na minha casa, quando questionei que havia marcado sábado justamente porque dia de semana não tem ninguém em casa eles dizeram que não atendiam sábado a tarde(?) e que ele iria vir de 08hrs às 12hrs, liguei diversas vezes durante o sábado pra saber do técnico e ficaram de ligar e me retornar, quando foi 12hrs retornaram dizendo que o tecnico não poderia vir e remarcando. Se a pré venda é assim, imagina a pós. Dispenso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa sem compromisso com o consumidor, perdi dois dias de serviço para esperar a instalação para no final do dia falarem que não viriam instalar, a males que vem para bem. Foi livramento, se antes de instalar ja e ruim, imagine depois.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet que eu já tive falta de comprometimento com o cliente não entrega o q promete, fico sem internet por dias, contratei a 4 meses e nisso já foi trocado o modem 4 vezes pq nunca e o certo e sempre o problema seg eles e culpa do modem. Internet péssima em fim tudo pessimo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. na data de hoje 26/05/2020 as 12:30hs solicitei a instalação, o 13hs o técnico já estava em minha porta, no qual concluiu a instalação as 14hs.
Exatamente as 15:50hs e internet parou de funcionar. Na mesma hora liguei para a loja e fiz a reclamação e me falaram que tenho que aguardar o técnico. Estou trabalhando em casa, só cancelei a antiga internet quando a TOPnet estava funcionando. Hoje estou tento um prejuízo de quase 5mil devido a um serviço que não funcionou nem duas horas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A internet é razoável devido a necessidade de ficar em manutenção constante, fiquei alguns meses sem dor de cabeça, a questão é quando pára, você fica chocado com a falta de profissionalismo, não se programam para realizar as manutenções, não avisam seus clientes, só sabemos na hora. Tudo que você precisa, você precisa insistir e quase pedir pelo amor de Deus que façam o trabalho deles. O dono não sabe estruturar a empresa e funcionários que tem e sinceramente é o pouco que faz grande diferença. Para trabalhar em casa não serve!
