★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja Muito enrolada, 30 dias de negociação por um veículo e no final me falam que estava com bloqueio judicial, não devolveram a minha entrada de imediato, sempre dão uma desculpa furada, atendimento péssimo e falta de comunicação total entre os membros da equipe, fora a enrolação em tudo!
 Store very messed up, 30 days of negotiation for a vehicle and at the end they tell me I had a judicial blockade, they didn't return my ticket immediately, they always give a broken excuse, terrible service and lack of total communication between team members, outside the scroll at all!

Três meses depois e a enrolação segue . Se comprometem a ficar com o veículo porém não pagam na data certa e as vezes até com meses de atraso . A enrolação segue desde Novembro de 2020.

Não recomendo, deixamos nosso carro para vender. No contrato eles se responsabilizam pelo veículo enquanto estiver na loja , mas já atrasaram três prestações seguidas, e já tomaram 2 multas com o nosso carro . Que anda pra cima e pra baixo e nunca vejo na loja exposto pra vender.
Não cumpre nada que falam e dão um atendimento péssimo, a recepção desliga o telefone na cara, o vendedor não atende e não responde. Só atraso de vida essa loja .

Three months later and the stalling follows. They agree to keep the vehicle but do not pay on the right date and sometimes even months late. The winding has continued since November 2020.

I don't recommend it, we leave our car for sale. In the contract they are responsible for the vehicle while it is in the store, but they have already delayed three installments in a row, and have already taken 2 fines with our car. That goes up and down and I never see it in the store exposed to sell.
They don't do anything they say and give a terrible service, the reception hangs up on the phone, the seller doesn't answer and doesn't answer. Just delay this store's life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei a 4 meses um veículo à vista na loja onde me foi prometido o documento, pagamento de licenciamento.
Após tanto tempo o Gil, dono da agência que nunca nos dá um retorno concreto, me disse que simplesmente o despachante não deu entrada na documentação e que ele levou para outro despachante solicitando de forma expressa.
Pasmem, eu tive que ficar todo esse tempo perguntando sobre a documentação para receber esse retorno.
Eu estou agora para viajar e nem o comprovante do licenciamento eles nos dão, não nos respondem no whatsapp, não atendem o telefone.
Muito cuidado com essa agência, não recomendo para ninguém, só para quem quer passar muita raiva e se sentir feito de palhaço!
Pelo visto só terei o meu documento de forma judicial!
I bought a vehicle 4 months ago in cash at the store where I was promised the document, licensing payment.
After so long, Gil, the owner of the agency who never gives us any concrete feedback, told me that the dispatcher simply did not file the documentation and that he took it to another dispatcher, requesting it expressly.
Amazingly, I had to spend all this time asking about the documentation to receive this feedback.
I'm now about to travel and they don't even give us proof of licensing, they don't answer us on whatsapp, they don't answer the phone.
Be careful with this agency, I don't recommend it to anyone, just for those who want to be very angry and feel like a clown!
Apparently I will only have my document in court!

Comprei um carro nessa loja onde toda documentação, multas e outras pendencias que estavam presas no carro estão vencidas há anos, a loja informou que ia quitar toda pendência, fiquei mais de 5 meses e nada de documentação e quitação geral. Devolvi o carro e o Gil "dono da loja" informou em contrato que ia pagar as parcelas apartir do dia da devolução, agora estou há mais de 3 meses cobrando ele para pagar todas parcelas em atraso com juros aumentando a cada dia e ele só inventa desculpas ou joga para frente não resolvendo nada.
Beware of this personal shop. A store that only sells crappy cars and full of problems and then the customer can turn around. And an owner without a shred of a word. He doesn't deserve to be called a businessman, but a scammer. A trash. I gave one star because there is no way to give zero or negative.
