★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente, fiquei muito insatisfeito com o serviço prestado, uma certa falta de motivação por parte do mecânico que fez o serviço no meu carro, o que acabou trazendo um problema após o serviço (vazamento de óleo). Tivemos que perder um dia de trabalho pra poder retornar a topvel, pois não éramos da cidade, tivemos custo com gasolina e muito constrangimento. Enfim, os serviços anunciados não foram todos feitos conforme o anúncio e acabou que ficamos no prejuízo.
Honestly, I was very dissatisfied with the service provided, a certain lack of motivation on the part of the mechanic who performed the service on my car, which ended up causing a problem after the service (oil leakage). We had to miss a day of work to be able to return to topvel, as we were not from the city, we had cost of gasoline and a lot of embarrassment. Anyway, the services advertised were not all done according to the ad and we ended up at a loss.
