Muita demora pra retornar o equipamento. Ainda disseram que tinham muitas câmeras pra reparo. Péssima empresa. Colocavam a culpa na minha instalação. Comprei outras de um marca conhecida e nunca mais deu problema. Ou seja, realmente eram as câmeras deles que não tinham qualidade.
I bought security cameras from them only once and regretted it. They went twice for warranty assistance. The addiction persisted and they were not responsible. Much delay to return the equipment. They even said they had a lot of cameras to repair. Bad company. They blamed my installation. I bought others from a well-known brand and it was never a problem again. That is, it was really their cameras that had no quality.
