★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expliquei ao vendedor que precisava de um blackout de qualidade e que fosse lavado em máquina de lavar. Entre as opções, o vendedor indicou um blackout importado na cor branca, que segundo ele era de melhor qualidade e poderia ser lavável em máquina de lavar.
Para minha surpresa, na primeira lavagem (somente com sabão em pó) o blackout simplesmente DESMANCHOU, RASGOU, FEZ ENORMES BURACOS e NEM MESMO A COSTURA AGUENTOU.
Ao entrar em contato com o vendedor, fui informada que o blackout deveria ser lavado na mão.
Achei que tivesse sido clara na hora da compra. Nas minhas próximas compras, claro que não com essa empresa, vou querer todas as informações por escrito e devidamente assinado.
Estou extremamente indignada com o tipo de serviço e atendimento prestados. Sempre é a mesma conversa mole para vender e rápido, sem se importar com a qualidade e honestidade dos produtos.
Deixo aqui o meu alerta e minha indignação.
 I explained to the salesman that I needed a quality blackout and that it was washed in a washing machine. Among the options, the seller indicated a blackout imported in white, which according to him was of better quality and could be washable in a washing machine.
To my surprise, at the first wash (only with powdered soap) the blackout simply STACKED, SCRATCHED, BORED HUGE HOLES and NOT EVEN SEWING AGUENTED.
Upon contacting the seller, I was informed that the blackout should be washed in the hand.
I thought it was clear at the time of purchase. In my next purchases, of course not with this company, I will want all the information in writing and duly signed.
I am extremely disgusted with the kind of service and care provided. It is always the same soft talk to sell and fast, without caring about the quality and honesty of the products.
