★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Propaganda enganosa no quesito sapataria. Deixei três sandálias, que não foram entregues no prazo... No dia marcado para ser entregue as sandálias estavam "prontas" segundo a empresa, porém era possivel ver com nitidez que as sandálias não estavam restauradas. O atendente ainda quis nos convencer de que o trabalho tinha sido realizado. Chamei ainda a atenção para um detalhe em uma das sandálias que se encontrava com o cadarço trocado (tiraram o original e colocaram um de tênis, um absurdo! ). As sandálias ficaram mais uma semana para o serviço e mesmo assim a que teve o cadarço trocado teve que ficar por três dias a mais...
Os serviços não são de qualidade, pois é possivel ver pontos de cola no solado e nas palmilhas, com detalhe que os calçados são entregues sujos!!!!
Não recomendo a sapataria!
A propaganda que é anunciada no Instagram não condiz com a realidade oferecida ao consumidor/cliente!
Misleading advertising for shoes. I left three sandals, which were not delivered on time... On the day scheduled to be delivered, the sandals were "ready" according to the company, but it was possible to clearly see that the sandals were not restored. The attendant even wanted to convince us that the job had been done. I also called attention to a detail in one of the sandals that had the laces changed (they took the original off and put on a tennis shoe, absurd! ). The sandals were left for another week for the service and even then the one that had the shoelaces changed had to stay for three more days...
The services are not of quality, as it is possible to see glue spots on the soles and insoles, with detail that the shoes are delivered dirty!!!!
I do not recommend the shoe store!
The advertising that is advertised on Instagram does not match the reality offered to the consumer/client!
