★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa de engenharia que contratei pediu orçamento ao único representante Ronaldo, que desde o primeiro contato prestou um péssimo atendimento, e fez pouco caso demonstrando nenhum interesse em apresentar proposta pra venda de peças. Após uma semana pedindo que enviasse o orçamento de venda de 100 escoras, o Sr Ronaldo dava yodos os tipos de desculpas mas prometiq que enviaria impreterivelmente naquele dia, chegando ao ponto de alegar que já havia mandado, mas na verdade não o fez. Por fim mandou orçamento de itens e quantidades nada haver com o que solicitamos. O engenheiro na minha presença ligou para o Sr Ronaldo e também para a Sra Barbara, pedindo para conversar com um gerente pra relatar sobre ocorrido e nada foi feito. Fiquei extremamente desapontada com a Torcisao, que se auto intitula como a maior empresa do segmento, e portanto registro meu descontentamento. Ps.: Encontrei outras opções de empresas cujo atendimento foi muito superior e sugiro que o façam, não perdendo seu precioso tempo.
The engineering company that I hired asked the only representative Ronaldo for a quote, which from the first contact provided a terrible service, and paid little attention showing no interest in presenting a proposal for the sale of parts. I was extremely disappointed with Torcisao, which calls itself the largest company in the segment, and therefore I register my discontent. Ps .: I found other options of companies whose service was much superior and I suggest you do so, not wasting your precious time.
