Recebi uma mercadoria onde a NF foi no valor de R$ 144,96 (3 volumes pequenos) com 16kg e a Tornado me cobrou R$ 195,48 de frete alegando que foi cobrado o peso por cubagem (68kg). Uma semana antes recebi 2 caixas, maiores ou praticamente de mesma cubagem, e paguei o valor de R$ 77,00. A justificativa de entrega da mercadoria em 5 dias não compensa. Podem ter a certeza que prefiro esperar 1 mês para receber minha mercadoria do que pagar um valor absurdo que vocês me cobraram.
Be very careful when ordering goods from this carrier. I received a merchandise where the NF was worth R $ 144.96 (3 small volumes) with 16kg and Tornado charged me R $ 195.48 of freight claiming that the weight per cubage (68kg) was charged. A week before I received 2 boxes, bigger or practically of the same cubage, and I paid the amount of R $ 77.00. The justification for delivery of the goods in 5 days does not pay. You can be sure that I prefer to wait 1 month to receive my merchandise than to pay an absurd amount that you charged me.
