★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, muito péssimo. Pedi um parmeggiana e veio um bife mau empanado e mergulhado no óleo e água com corante.
 Unfortunately, very bad. I ordered a parmeggiana and it came with a bad steak, breaded and dipped in oil and water with coloring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, fiz o pedido pelo Ifood, para café da manhã e até o almoço não foi feita a entrega. Não atendem telefone, não respondem o chat, esse tipo de serviço deveria ser excluído do aplicativo.
Terrible service, I ordered through Ifood, for breakfast and until lunch, delivery was not made. They don't answer the phone, they don't answer the chat, this type of service should be excluded from the application.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei um pedido através do Ifood. A comida veio fria e péssima, feijão requentado, arroz frio e duro, atrasou 40 MINUTOS, eles não ATENDEM O TELEFONE e nem por chat. Não indico! Enfim foi tudo pro lixo eu perdi meu horário de almoço, continuei com fome. LAMENTAVÉL um atendimento assim. O mais lamentável eles continuarem fazendo isso, pois o IFOOD mantém, como parceiro.
I placed an order through Ifood. The food came cold and awful, beans reheated, rice cold and hard, it was 40 MINUTES late, they don't ANSWER THE PHONE and not even by chat. I don't indicate! Anyway it all went to waste I missed my lunch break, I was still hungry. SORRY such a service. The most unfortunate thing that they keep doing this, as IFOOD keeps it as a partner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. Fiz o pedido pelo Ifood e agendei a entrega entre 11:30 e 12:00. Com mais de uma hora de atraso pergunto no chat se estavam a caminho e respondem que sim. Minutos depois diz não estar encontrando o n. sendo que o lugar é uma UBS que toma dois quarteirões com somente uma entrada. Reforço o endereço e para a minha surpresa cancelam a entrega do almoço. Péssimo atendimento. Não tinha lido as avaliações anteriores e essa situação só reforçou o péssimo lugar que é essa padaria.
Terrible experience. I ordered through Ifood and scheduled delivery between 11:30 and 12:00. More than an hour late, I ask in the chat if they were on their way and they say yes. Minutes later, he says he can't find the n. being that the place is a UBS that takes two blocks with only one entrance. I reinforce the address and to my surprise they cancel lunch delivery. Terrible attendance. I hadn't read the previous reviews and this situation only reinforced the terrible place that this bakery is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior experiência da vida , quinta feira dia 16/12/21 fiz um pedido no IFOOD de um frango parmegiana.. além de demorar o mundo pra chegar , Chegou em uma embalagem extremamente suja, tudo revirado, e FRIO. Agora o pior ARROZ CHEIO DE PELOTAS, BATATINHA MUCHA ENCHARCADA E COM UM GOSTO AMARGO, UM FIO NÃO SEI DO QUE NO MEIO DA COMIDA, UM NOJO PARECIA LAVAGEM .. tentei entrar em contato com a padaria pelo próprio IFOOD, e eles finalizaram a conversa e não responderam , liguei inúmeras vezes no telefone dele e não da linha.. PÉSSIMO EM TUDO .. um nojo.. segue as fotos que tirei dessa nojeira

I tried to get in touch with the bakery through IFOOD, and they ended the conversation and they didn't answer, I called him several times on his phone and not on the line... BAD EVERYTHING... disgusting...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em pleno dia das Mães, pedi pelo Ifood duas tortas (morango e limão), as tortas vieram revirada. Reclamei, disseram que iriam trazer outras tortas e não trouxeram. Nunca mais peço nada nesse lugar!
In the middle of Mother's Day, I ordered two pies (strawberry and lemon) at Ifood, the pies came upturned. I complained, they said they would bring other pies and they didn't. I will never order anything from this place again!
