Beautiful building. Big and fast elevator. Comfortable apartments and support staff are polite and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local bem localizado. Porém os porteiros tem que melhorar o tratamento com os visitantes, vocês estão lidando com pessoas e não com bichos. Se não querem trabalhar, fiquem em casa e cedam seu lugar pra quem quer.
Location well located. However, the doormen have to improve their treatment with visitors, you are dealing with people and not animals. If you don't want to work, stay at home and give your place to whoever wants to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prédio residencial de 2 aptos por andar. Local sofisticado, limpo, esteticamente belo, com portão todo de vidro. Não moro no local, mas já o visitei algumas vezes. Os moradores parecem bem felizes e satisfeitos. Os aptos são pequenos, mas aconchegantes. Quem tiver oportunidade de alugar ou comprar 1, recomendo! A localização é ótima e tem de tudo nas proximidades. ??
Residential building with 2 apartments per floor. Sophisticated, clean, aesthetically beautiful place, with an all-glass gate. I don't live there, but I've visited it a few times. The locals seem very happy and satisfied. The fits are small but cozy. Whoever has the opportunity to rent or buy 1, I recommend it! The location is great and everything is nearby. ??
