Um reparo simples de meio horário demorou 2 dias. O pior é a falta de transparência e grosseria. O serviço foi pago no mesmo dia, mas era como se eu estivesse pedindo favor. Eles não dão retorno, o cliente que fique ligando pra saber o que está acontecendo e quando carro fica pronto. Não indico.
Prices within the average, but service and technical part, terrible.
A simple half-time fix took 2 days. The worst is the lack of transparency and rudeness. The service was paid on the same day, but it was as if I was asking for a favor. They don't give back, the customer keeps calling to find out what's going on and when the car is ready. I do not indicate.
