★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O melhor hotel da cidade, café da manhã variado, quarto silencioso.... como o ar condicionado fica no automático ele demora mais tempo pra esfriar o ambiente... chuveiro com água quente e ducha.
 The best hotel in town, varied breakfast, quiet room.... as the air conditioning is on automatic it takes longer to cool down... shower with hot water and shower.

Cortinas sujas, baratas passeando pelo quarto.
Atendimento péssimo, lanchonete não fornece o que tem no cardápio e atendente mal educada.
Não recomendo a estadia, apesar da região não ter muitas opções.
Lack of maintenance on furniture and old wooden parts of the doors. Fridge and room reeking of mildew.
Dirty curtains, cockroaches roaming the room.
Terrible service, cafeteria does not provide what is on the menu and rude attendant.
I do not recommend the stay, despite the region not having many options.

O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco melhor, achei poucas variedades e com produtos de qualidade baixa, mas cumpre seu papel básico sem dúvida.
Simple but comfortable and clean hotel! Daily rates can vary from 80 to 250.00 reais depending on the room and the number of people. Breakfast could be a little better, I found few varieties and low quality products, but it certainly fulfills its basic role.

Me hospedei nesse hotel por motivos de trabalho e por isso mesmo pedi o jantar no cardápio do hotel por volta das 19h, ás 21:30 já inconformada com a demora, decidi ir até a lanchonete e pasmem, nem sequer tinham anotado meu pedido e com desdém falaram pra eu aguardar mais 7 pessoas na minha frente. Só tinha 1 cozinheira em uma cozinha que funciona pra um hotel gigante. Não tem como dar certo. Pedi pra falar com o gerente, não fui atendida. Experiência péssima.
Mr/Ms Manager, seek to invest in a team! I stayed at this hotel for work reasons and that's why I ordered dinner from the hotel's menu around 7:30 pm, at 9:30 pm, already unhappy with the delay, I decided to go to the cafeteria and amazed, they hadn't even taken my order and with disdain they told me to wait for 7 more people in front of me. There was only 1 cook in a kitchen that works for a giant hotel. There's no way to get it right. I asked to speak to the manager, but I was not answered. Bad experience.
