★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje (02.12) estive aí, não tinha nenhum cliente e os atendentes simplesmente nos ignorou. A caixa nos viu e tbém ignorou. Virei as costas, fui embora e comprei no concorrente. PÉSSIMO atendimento.
 Today (02.12) I was there, I didn't have any customers and the attendants just ignored us. The cashier saw us and ignored us too. I turned my back, walked away and bought the competitor. Terrible attendance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja é uma referência em eletrônica na cidade. Não dá pra dizer que tenha tudo que alguém possa buscar, mas para o mercado de Sorocaba, atende quase a tudo que a gente precisa. Às vezes, algum atendente ainda adquirindo experiência pode não conhecer tudo o que um pedido mais técnico peça, mas certamente numa oportunidade posterior ele já vai estar mais “tarimbado”.
Há funcionários que fazem parte do quadro há décadas, inclusive mulheres, num comércio tão voltado ao mundo masculino, e que mandam muito bem. Acho que essa é uma loja que nunca considerou qualquer diferença na capacidade e empenho de homens e mulheres no balcão de materiais eletrônicos.
The store is a reference in electronics in the city. It is not possible to say that it has everything that someone can look for, but for the Sorocaba market, it serves almost everything we need. Sometimes, an attendant still gaining experience may not know everything that a more technical order asks for, but certainly at a later opportunity he will be more “knowledgeable”.
There are employees who have been part of the board for decades, including women, in a trade so focused on the male world, and who run very well. I think this is a store that never considered any difference in the capacity and commitment of men and women at the electronic materials counter.
