★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desde 17/07/2017 que estou tendo problemas com esta empresa. Fizeram uma instalação de um split, deu vazamento de gás, recolocaram o gás e o aparelho até hoje não funciona devidamente. O pessoal demonstra não ter qualificação para as atividades! Estou insatisfeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa enviou para instalar dois funcionários sem qualificação pois reclamaram do local da instalação (casa com andar) além de estarem de mal humor e riscarem o piso novo com a escada e deixarem a evaporadora suja. Além do split não funcionar e trazerem o recibo errado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratei os servicos dessa empresa sem antes verificar as avaliações no Google, algo que nao tenho costume. A atendente Gleicy extremamente mal-educada e ríspida, a ponto de enviar mensagens em caixa alta no Whatsapp! Aconteceu o mesmo que em muitos outros relatos, vieram instalar e pelo vazamento de gás o ar-condicionado nao funcionou! Os tecnicos vieram novamente para fazer manutenção e para minha surpresa quando cheguei de viagem, nao funcionou novamente! Enfim, comprei o ar-condicionado e paguei a vista pela instalação que depois de quase 01 mes nao foi concluida.

Compramos um ar condicionado há 2 meses, no primeiro contato foram super rápidos e instalaram no dia seguinte, o proprietário ERIK veio instalar, foi tudo ótimo! Pouco tempo depois, solicitamos uma mudança no endereço de instalação e começou o inferno! Vieram dois rapazes novos que demoraram o triplo do esperado, fizeram de forma muito desleixada a retirada. A instalação, PIOR AINDA! Deixaram uma zona, não fecharam a tela de proteção, e o pior de tudo, NÃO FIZERAM A PARTE ELÉTRICA E ESTÃO ATÉ AGORA ME ENROLANDO! O proprietário não atende o telefone e nem a atendente! Empresa não é séria, não recomendo a ninguém!

Solicitamos a instalação de 02 splits no momento da instalação foram bastante cuidadosos e pós instalação fizeram a limpeza de todo ambiente. Sem contar nos cuidados com a transmissão do corona vírus, fazendo uso de máscaras e álcool em gel.
