★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência! Troquei o filtro do óleo da minha caminhonete e a correia do alternador, os dois serviços foram feitos da forma errada. O filtro e a correia foram instalados da forma incorreta, tive que pedir socorro duas vezes pela falta de competência. Além de ter que fazer o serviço novamente com outro fornecedor. Claramente não sabem como funciona um veículo 4x4.
Ao entrar em contato para explicar o que havia ocorrido, o proprietário se prontificou em devolver o meu valor investido, visto que tive que refazer todo o serviço e ainda comprar novas peças e pagar o socorro *o que ele não se prontificou a fazer. Após a proposta de devolutiva do dinheiro, ele sumiu, fazendo promessas de pagamento e depois não atendendo mais meus telefonemas e nem cumpriu o que ele mesmo propôs. Como cliente NAO RECOMENDO A TOTAL CAR por tamanha falta de respeito ao cliente.
Bad experience! I changed the oil filter on my truck and the alternator belt, both services were done the wrong way. The filter and the belt were installed incorrectly, I had to ask for help twice due to lack of competence. In addition to having to do the service again with another supplier. They clearly don't know how a 4x4 vehicle works.
When contacting to explain what had happened, the owner offered to return my invested amount, since I had to redo the entire service and still buy new parts and pay for the assistance * which he did not offer to do. After the proposal to return the money, he disappeared, making payment promises and then no longer answering my calls or fulfilling what he proposed. As a customer I DO NOT RECOMMEND TOTAL CAR due to such lack of respect for the customer.
