Foram prestativos quando entrei em contato via whatsapp com a Alice para informar que se a entrega fosse para depois das 17h, poderiam me entregar no dia seguinte, pois não haveria ninguém pra receber. E conseguiram me entregar no mesmo dia... ??????
 First purchase and my experience with the company was great... I closed the purchase around 12 pm, paid via Pix and before 3 pm I had already received the product... They were helpful when I contacted Alice via whatsapp to inform her that if the delivery was for after 17:00, they could deliver it to me the next day, as there would be no one to receive it. And they managed to deliver it to me on the same day... ??????

Fiz uma compra recentemente e deu erro no pagamento, mas eu não percebi. Fiquei esperando a entrega e achei estranho por não ter recebido no mesmo dia.
No dia seguinte, entraram em contato comigo e me avisaram que a compra havia sido cancelada pelo sistema. Me ajudaram a corrigir o problema e recebi no mesmo dia.
Eu tinha pressa em receber os produtos, e se não tivessem me avisado, teria tido um prejuízo grande.
Atendimento excelente. Só compro nessa loja.
P.S.: Seria bom se tivessem caixas maiores, tipo tamanho 31x22x12.

I made a purchase recently and there was an error in the payment, but I didn't notice. I was waiting for delivery and found it strange that I didn't receive it on the same day.
The next day, they contacted me and told me that the purchase had been canceled by the system. They helped me fix the problem and I received it the same day.
I was in a hurry to receive the products, and if they hadn't warned me, I would have had a big loss.
Excelent reception. I only buy from this store.
P.S.: It would be nice if they had bigger boxes, like 31x22x12 size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido no dia 08/04 para ser entregue no dia, fiquei aguardando e só mandaram metade do pedido. Entrei em contato e me informaram que não tinham matéria-prima e estavam aguardando a chegada (só aí já é absurdo pois como vende algo que não possuem nem o material para fabricação?), esperei alguns dias e me informaram que seria entregue dia 13. Desde então, TODOS os dias me falaram que "será entregue hoje", porém esse hoje deles nunca chega. Tive diversos atrasos em minha empresa pois a Total Embalagens não consegue manter sua palavra, vende produto que não foi nem fabricado, além de ficarem me enganando durante quase duas semanas. Até hoje estou aguardando o meu pedido, um total descaso com o cliente.
I placed an order on the 08/04th to be delivered on the day, I was waiting and they only sent half of the order. I got in touch and they informed me that they didn't have raw material and were waiting for it to arrive (only then it's absurd because how do you sell something that doesn't even have the material to manufacture?), I waited a few days and they informed me that it would be delivered on the 13th. Since then, EVERY day they told me that "it will be delivered today", but their today never arrives. I had several delays in my company because Total Embalagens cannot keep its word, sells a product that was not even manufactured, in addition to being deceiving me for almost two weeks. To this day I am waiting for my order, a total disregard for the customer.
