Não comprem nada deles.
They sell and do not deliver, I bought in September and until November nothing. They no longer answer the phone (neither landline nor cell phone).
Don't buy anything from them.

Contratei fechamento de varanda e boxe do banheiro.
Conseguiram entregar em partes depois de muito contato, por erros de projeto.
O meu boxe está com problemas até hoje, não sabem instalar um simples boxe de banheiro.
Aquela velha frase "o barato sai caro".
Não merece nem 1/2 estrela.
Parece que a empresa faliu, resumindo... cilada total !!!
Bad experience.
I hired a balcony and bathroom stall.
They were able to deliver in parts after much contact, due to design errors.
My box is still in trouble today, they don't know how to install a simple bathroom box.
That old phrase "cheap is expensive".
It doesn't even deserve 1/2 star.
It seems that the company went bankrupt, in short ... total trap !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A empresa sumiu e não atende mais nos telefones. Comprei um fechamento de sacada e eles não entregaram e fugiram com o dinheiro das parcelas que já paguei. São ladrões.
The company disappeared and no longer answers on the phones. I bought a balcony lock and they didn't deliver and ran away with the money from the installments I already paid. They are thieves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei box de vidro para dois banheiros da minha casa no dia 29/09, hoje dia 12/11 ainda não instalaram, não dão nenhum parecer, eu que tenho que ficar correndo atrás, agora quero cancelar minha compra e meu dinheiro de volta, mas não tenho retorno também.
I bought a glass box for two bathrooms in my house on 09/29, today on 12/11 they haven't installed it yet, they don't give any opinion, I have to keep running, now I want to cancel my purchase and my money back, but I have no return either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empresa péssima. Comprei envidraçamento, paguei a metade dos serviços. Pediram 35 dias úteis para instalar..prazo terminou em 16/11. Não entregaram é não atendem o telefone. Não respondem o whats, apesar de estar on line.
Vou procurar a justiça.
Lousy company. I bought glazing, I paid half the services. They asked for 35 working days to install ... deadline ended on 11/16. They didn't deliver and didn't answer the phone. They don't answer whats, despite being online.
I will seek justice.

Contratei serviço de envidraçamento de sacada em 03/09/2020 com prazo de instalação em 20/10/2020 , na hora do orçamento e recebimento do dinheiro foram ágeis , pontuais e educados. Serviço contratado esta totalmente pago, qdo deu o tempo final da instalação e comecei a cobrar cada dia era uma desculpa diferente. Agora a tal empresa simplesmente desapareceu com meu dinheiro enão atendem mais o telefone , mando mensagens de watszapp. simplesmente leem e nada respondem. Empresa é uma furada cuidado .
Run away from this company. I hired balcony glazing service on 9/3/2020 with installation deadline on 10/20/2020, at the time of the budget and receiving the money they were agile, punctual and polite. Hired service is fully paid, when the final installation time was given and I started charging each day was a different excuse. Now that company just disappeared with my money and they don't answer the phone anymore, I send watszapp messages. they simply read and respond nothing. Company is a bored care.

Efetuamos a compra de um envidraçamento em Setembro, o contrato estava previsto para o dia 27.10, e até hoje nada de uma previsão.
Fiz contato com o Sr. Dorival proprietário, onde nos enrolou por dias, alegando falta de vidro. Fomos atrás e encontramos o bendito vidro em uma fabrica, porem o mesmo não concluiu pedido e na data de hoje me retornou pelo zap dizendo que havia vendido a empresa. Agora não atendem mais o fone.
NÃO COMPREM COM A TOTAL ENVIDRAÇAMENTO !!!

We made the purchase of a glazing in September, the contract was scheduled for 27.10, and until today nothing of a forecast.
I made contact with Mr. Dorival, owner, where he rolled us for days, claiming lack of glass. We went back and found the blessed glass in a factory, but it did not complete the order and today it returned to me through the zap saying that it had sold the company. Now they don't answer the phone anymore.
DO NOT BUY WITH TOTAL GLAZING !!!
