★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro a academia Total For. Os professores e o pessoal da recepção são bem atenciosos, nos motivam, estão sempre dando suporte. É uma academia pequena, faz falta alguns equipamentos e mais espaço, mas o atendimento compensa isso. Estão de parabéns!!!!
 I love the Total For gym. The teachers and the reception staff are very attentive, motivate us, are always giving support. It is a small gym, some equipment is needed and more space, but the service makes up for it. They are to be congratulated!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia pequena, porém para o bairro e suficiente, atendimento e instrutores nota 10 sempre vizando o melhor para o aluno, preço bom equipamentos em ótimo estado de conservação!
Em momentos de covid lá e obrigatório o uso de máscara de proteção, digo pela manhã não há muitas pessoas e é possível ter o distanciamento social, todos os equipamentos são limpos pelo próprio aluno após cada uso! Recomendo...
Small gym, but for the neighborhood and enough, service and instructors note 10 always looking for the best for the student, good price equipment in great condition!
In times of covid there and the use of a protective mask is mandatory, I say in the morning there are not many people and it is possible to have social distance, all equipment is cleaned by the student after each use! I recommend...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar é simples mas dá para trabalhar bastante ,e tem uma recepcionista super simpática,pronta a te ajudar e o instrutor Gui é maravilhoso super atencioso,dedicado principalmente aos iniciantes,toma todo o cuidado pra o aluno não fazer errado, então isso faz o diferencial,que em grandes academias não tem a menos q vc pague pela atenção do instrutor....Total For parabéns pelas contratações ?????
