★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NÃO RECOMENDO!!! Tinha uma emergência e cobrou um preço extorsivo, muito acima do praticado no mercado.... não resolveu o problema! Precisou uma outra empresa (essa sim autorizada pelo fabricante) vir e resolver o problema provando que tanto o serviço é péssimo quanto o valor cobrado pela total gás é de um verdadeiro estelionatário. Deixou fios soltos dentro do meu aquecedor e quando reclamei do funcionamento anormal do aquecedor ele dizia "é assim mesmo". Sempre procurando colocar a responsabilidades em outros fatores senão o péssimo serviço dele.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! There was an emergency and he charged an extortionate price, way above the market price .... it didn't solve the problem! It took another company (this one authorized by the manufacturer) to come and solve the problem by proving that both the service is terrible and the amount charged by the total gas is from a real fraudster. He left loose wires inside my heater and when I complained about the abnormal operation of the heater he said "that's right". Always looking to place responsibilities on factors other than his terrible service.
