Tivemos um problema no motor e aí é que percebemos quando uma empresa leva a sério os clientes, eles foram super solícitos e resolveram tudo rapidamente sem dor de cabeça, empresa com pós vendas que funciona é raridade. Recomendo muito.
Excellent experience, we didn't know anything about bathtubs and we were guided by the salesperson Ana Clara who helped us a lot. The bathtub arrived well before promised, we were very happy.
We had an engine problem and that's when we realized when a company takes its customers seriously, they were super helpful and resolved everything quickly without a headache, a company with after sales that works is rare. I highly recommend.
