An associate hit my van in January/22 and so far nothing has been resolved, my car is for work, Alexandre (owner of the company) doesn't answer me anymore, he doesn't respond to whatsapp. Bad company, don't pay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sofri um acidente no dia 19/01/2022 e até a data de hj 26/04/2022 a empresa TOTAL NORDESTE não ajeitou minha moto e nem ajeitou o veículo do rapaz em que eu bati.
O próprio dono ALEXANDRE, falou com o rapaz da Van que eu bati dizendo pra ele ajeitar com o dinheiro dele, que ele seria reembolsado mediante apresentação de notas fiscais, sendo que até hj esse Alexandre não responde mais o rapaz, e nem me responde, e nós dois ficamos no prejuízo sendo que todos os boletos estão pagos. Espero que eles resolvam meu problema da forma mais amigável possível.
I had an accident on 01/19/2022 and until today 04/26/2022 the company TOTAL NORDESTE did not fix my motorcycle nor did it fix the vehicle of the boy I hit.
The owner ALEXANDRE himself, spoke to the guy in the Van that I hit telling him to fix it with his money, that he would be refunded upon presentation of invoices, and until today this Alexandre no longer responds to the boy, nor does he respond to me, and both of us are at a loss as all the bills are paid. I hope they resolve my issue as friendly as possible.
