 One of the best gyms in the Planalto neighborhood, its differential and its flexible hours, always open on holidays, Saturday from 8 am to 4 pm and Sunday from 8 am to noon! Not to mention the well-ventilated space with a variety of machinery!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A academia é ótima. Todos os atendentes e instrutores são muito atenciosos. O que me chamou a atenção é que a academia funciona de domingo à domingo, claro que com horário diferenciado nos finais de semana e feriado, coisa que as outras não fazem. Estão de Parabéns, super recomendo!!
The gym is great. All attendants and instructors are very attentive. What caught my attention is that the gym is open from Sunday to Sunday, of course with different hours on weekends and holidays, something the others don't do. Congratulations, I highly recommend it!!

It's been nice but it leaves a little to be desired for some professionals and for the machine space that is very disputed by men..there is almost no chance for women...
