★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Marquei horário para meus dois bebês, quando cheguei ao local havia um cachorro que odiava gato, esperei por mais de 30 minutos no carro. Se a Sra. Sueli sabia que iria atender dois gatos e que o cachorro ataca os gatos, por que não marcou outro horário? Por que não me avisou quando liguei? Por que não pediu para a dona do cachorro ir buscá-lo logo que terminou o serviço? Saí de lá chateadíssima e ela nem me disse nada... nem ao menos desculpa. NUNCA MAIS VOLTO, sendo que essa não é a primeira vez que ocorre isso, mas tentei insistir.
Terrible attendance. I made an appointment for my two babies, when I arrived there was a dog that hated cats, I waited for more than 30 minutes in the car. If Mrs. Sueli knew that she would be attending two cats and that the dog attacks the cats, why didn't she make another appointment? Why didn't you let me know when I called? Why didn't you ask the dog's owner to pick you up as soon as the job was done? I left there very upset and she didn't even say anything to me ... not even sorry. NEVER GO BACK, since this is not the first time this has happened, but I tried to insist.
