Pegaram meu WhatsApp dizendo que retornariam com valores e informações sobre a peça e serviço. Não retornaram. Liguei novamente e disseram que iriam retornar, também não obtive continuidade do atendimento.
In response to the company's request, I clarify that the score was 3 due to the service. I called about note10 + screen exchange information. They took my WhatsApp saying that they would return with values and information about the part and service. They did not return. I called again and they said they would return, I also didn't get continuity of care.

Além disso, carregaram o aparelho sem que eu pedisse e ainda se ofereceram para escanear o smartphone sem custo. Parabéns.
I was treated with great affection and sympathy by the attendants. They changed the film on my S20 and gave a small discount on account of some almost imperceptible balls that remained. In addition, they carried the device without my asking and even offered to scan the smartphone free of charge. Congratulations.
