★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima gestão totalmente fora da legislação vigente! Barulho excessivo por semanas provocado por equipamentos fora dos padrões de manutenção. Serra circular trabalhando sem abafamento de ruído com operários sem EPI! A engenheira responsável não atende, nem na obra nem por email! A construtora ocupa metade da rua como se fosse a dela! Não tem onde estacionar, porque o outro lado é proibido!

 Bad management totally out of the current legislation! Excessive noise for weeks caused by non-standard equipment. Circular saw working without muffling noise with workers without PPE! The responsible engineer does not answer, either on site or by email! The construction company occupies half the street as if it were hers! There's nowhere to park, because the other side is forbidden!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se quer ir ao sky bar, chegue cedo, pq tem fila. Esperei em torno de 1h30 pra entrar. Paguei 20 pra entrar. A comida é saborosa e não tão caro. Se quiser ver o mirante terá que pagar mais 20. (É separado).
If you want to go to the sky bar, get there early, because there is a line. I waited around 1:30 to get in. I paid 20 to enter. The food is tasty and not that expensive. If you want to see the viewpoint you will have to pay 20 more. (It is separate).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não foi uma boa experiência. As guias fazem muita propaganda, muitos motoristas de Uber não sabem onde fica(não conhecem). Peguei um uber que andou 30 min e o local ficava a 5 km da onde eu estava.
Muita fila para entrar no bar, (fila de espera) apenas para assistir o pôr do sol é cobrado R$ 20,00.
It wasn't a good experience. The guides do a lot of advertising, many Uber drivers don't know where it is (don't know). I took an uber that walked 30 min and the place was 5 km from where I was.
Long queue to enter the bar, (waiting line) just to watch the sunset is charged R$ 20.00.

Visitei para ver o sol no top do edifício, é incrível lá em cima, o mirante tem visão de 360° da cidade. Muito conhecido também pelo famoso Sky Bar, que muitos dizem valer a pena conhecer.
This is the biggest building in the Northeast and one of the biggest in Brazil, impeccable structure, well applied design, great location. I visited to see the sun at the top of the building, it's amazing up there, the viewpoint has a 360° view of the city. Also well known for the famous Sky Bar, which many say is worth visiting.
