1)Cuando desde el front desk del hotel en Natal consultaron el precio de la excursión, dijeron que era de 40 Reales en efectivo ó 50 Reales con tarjeta.
2)Cuando reclamamos porque no llegaban a buscarnos en el horario pactado, dijeron que estaban buscando otros pasajeros en otro hotel
La realidad fue:
1)Nos pidieron 50 Reales en efectivo ó 60 Reales con tarjeta (dijeron que 40 Reales era desde Pipa, pero el hotel que llamó consultando precio era de NATAL, no se dieron cuenta en ese momento?)
2)Nos vino a buscar más de 30 minutos más tarde un auto –o sea que no buscaron a NADIE en otro hotel- y además como llovía no nos llevaron al ALAMBIQUE – ni a la playa CAMERUPIM – y pretendían que estuviéramos toda la tarde en un parador bajo la lluvia. Podrían habernos ofrecido llevarnos a Natal al paseo de artesanos por ej.
Terrible experience.
1) When they asked the price of the tour from the front desk of the hotel in Natal, they said it was 40 Reales in cash or 50 Reales with a card.
2) When we complained because they did not come looking for us at the agreed time, they said they were looking for other passengers in another hotel
The reality was:
1) They asked us 50 Reais in cash or 60 Reais with a card (they said that 40 Reais was from Pipa, but the hotel that called asking for the price was from NATAL, didn't they realize at that time?)
2) A car came to look for us more than 30 minutes later - that is, they did not look for ANYONE in another hotel - and also as it rained they did not take us to ALAMBIQUE - nor to CAMERUPIM beach - and they wanted us to stay all afternoon in a hostel in the rain. They could have offered to take us to Natal to the artisans' walk eg.

The tour was very good and the tour agent Felipe was super attentive, helpful and organized. The tourism agency has good prices and good infrastructure. I needed a tour at the last minute, this agency helped me and collaborated to accomplish it. I am satisfied!

Até então comprei um passeio para o paraíso das águas que iam nos pegar de frente o hotel as 8:00...
tudo Aconteceu!!
um rapaz veio ao nosso encontro dizendo que o ônibus não passava ali e tivemos que subir uma escadaria derepente chegamos a praia de pipa!!!
Como assim??
Paguei por um passei e nos enviaram pra outro?
E no fim das contas ainda passei constrangimento queriam que pagássemos, absurdo!!!
Não indico a ninguém!
Falta de organização, comunicação..

Until then I bought a tour to the paradise of waters that would pick us up at the hotel at 8:00 ...
everything happened!!
a boy came to us saying that the bus did not pass there and we had to climb a stairway suddenly we reached the beach by kite !!!
As well??
I paid for one pass and they sent us to another?
And at the end of the day I was still embarrassed they wanted us to pay, absurd !!!
I don't tell anyone!
