Levei fritadeira e forno elétrico para arrumar, os técnicos responsáveis quebraram uma peça do meu forno e poucos dias depois a fritadeira apresentou o mesmo problema pelo qual paguei mais de 300,00 para arrumar. Ao entrar em contato com a empresa não fui bem atendida, alegaram não poder fazer nada a respeito das reclamações feitas. Perdi meu dinheiro, meu tempo e continuo com meus equipamentos com mal funcionamento.
I do not recommend this company, total lack of commitment to the customer. I took a deep fryer and an electric oven to fix it, the technicians responsible broke a piece of my oven and a few days later the fryer presented the same problem for which I paid more than 300.00 to fix it. Upon contacting the company I was not well attended, they claimed that they could not do anything about the complaints made. I lost my money, my time and I still have my equipment malfunctioning.

I bought a hose and register, and they were to deliver at 4 pm, and it was only delivered to me at 5:45 pm, after a few phone calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegaram minha fritadeira, cobraram pra troca do termostato e não trocaram. Tive que levar em outro lugar após deixar uma semana com eles e me mandarem por três vezes a fritadeira sem testar e falando que estava funcionando. Péssimo atendimento
They took my fryer, charged for the thermostat change and didn't change it. I had to take elsewhere after leaving a week with them and me send three times the fryer without testing and talking it was working. Terrible attendance
