★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu carro está na oficina desde o dia 20/05, eles me deram um prazo de que as peças chegariam no dia 01/06 até aí tudo bem, chegaram algumas peças e ficaram faltando 2 peças, eles me deram um novo prazo de que as peças faltantes chegariam no dia 28/06, um absurdo de prazo, e hoje para minha surpresa recebi a notícia de que o prazo foi prorrogado para dia 18/07, uma vergonha, um descaso com o cliente, quem vai cobrir minhas despesas com carro alugado até lá? Ninguém!!!
 My car has been in the workshop since 05/20, they gave me a deadline that the parts would arrive on 06/01 so far so good, some parts arrived and 2 parts were missing, they gave me a new deadline that the missing parts would arrive on 06/28, an absurd deadline, and today to my surprise I received the news that the deadline was extended to 07/18, a shame, a disregard for the customer, who will cover my car expenses rented until then? Nobody!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei frustrado com a Toyota tdrive de Alphavile péssimo atendimento coloquei uma sw4 pra arrumar comprei as peças 18 dias antes de levar o carro quando deixei o carro lá disseram que já tinha chegado às peças depois de 15 dias fui buscar o carro quando fui ver tinha colocado a mesma peça usada sendo que eu já tinha pago peças novas e mão de obra acabaram ralando o meu carro o serviço de mao de obra é péssimo muito ruim péssimo nunca mais dexo meu carro lá é péssimo serviço ruim
I was frustrated with the Toyota tdrive from Alphavile bad service I put a sw4 to fix it I bought the parts 18 days before taking the car when I left the car there they said the parts had already arrived after 15 days I went to get the car when I went to see it had been placed the same used part and I had already paid for new parts and labor ended up grating my car the labor service is terrible very bad terrible I will never leave my car there it is terrible bad service
