★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um brinquedo na loja Hi Happy , é o Tand Kids com 80 peças.
Quando abri estava tudo certinho com a embalagem mas faltando peças do brinquedo.
Contei várias vezes para ver se eu não estava errada. Costumo conferir porque tenho um casal de gêmeos que espalham tudo pela casa.
Para minha surpresa e decepção estava mesmo faltando peças.
O brinquedo é ótimo e de perfeita qualidade. .....mas não sei o que aconteceu com esta embalagem.
Fui na loja de brinquedos mas me disseram que não podiam fazer nada.
I bought a toy at Hi Happy, it's the 80 piece Tand Kids.
When I opened it was all right with the packaging but missing parts of the toy.
I counted several times to see if I was wrong. I often check because I have a couple of twins who scatter everything around the house.
To my surprise and disappointment I was even missing pieces.
The toy is great and of perfect quality. ..... but I don't know what happened to this package.
I went to the toy store but I was told they could do nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos 4 quebra-cabeças da Toyster e em 2 deles não veio a imagem da figura a ser montada. Nos outros 2, veio uma impressão pequena. Há uma semana pedi a eles o arquivo para eu imprimir as imagens em A4 aqui em casa, mas até agora ninguém me respondeu.
Recebi hoje os arquivos com as imagens.
Muito obrigado!
We bought 4 puzzles from Toyster and in 2 of them there was no picture of the figure to be assembled. In the other 2, a small impression came. A week ago I asked them for the file so I could print the images in A4 here at home, but so far no one has answered me.
Today I received the files with the images.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ atendimento péssimo, comprei quebra-cabeça Mickey e dentro vieram as peças da Minnie, passei e-mail solicitando a troca, eles falaram que não tem mais o modelo Mickey que era para eu escolher outro, escolhido o modelo e não recebendo o mesmo passei outro e-mail e a resposta foi que eles não tem mais nenhum modelo...resumindo, empresa que não se preocupa com a satisfação do cliente!
OBS: JÁ FOI SOLUCIONADO O PROBLEMA!!!!
terrible service, I bought a Mickey puzzle and inside came Minnie's pieces, I sent an e-mail requesting the exchange, they said that they no longer have the Mickey model, that I was supposed to choose another one, chose the model and not receiving the same one, I passed another one e-mail and the answer was that they no longer have any model ... in short, a company that does not care about customer satisfaction!
NOTE: THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED !!!!

A embalagem veio sem avaria, mesmo assim fui contar as peças para começar a montagem, quando finalizei a contagem estava faltando 11 peças do primeiro quebra-cabeça e do segundo faltava 63 peças. Seria impossível concluir a montagem sem as peças.
I bought 2 puzzles of 500 pieces from the Portals do Mundo collection. The packaging came without any damage, even so I went to count the pieces to start the assembly, when I finished counting, 11 pieces were missing from the first puzzle and 63 pieces were missing from the second. It would be impossible to complete the assembly without the parts.
