Se continuar assim vai pede os clientes pagamos bem para ter o nosso conforto
Coloca mais tomadas no ônibus, tem ônibus que só tem uma para reservar!! Além de fica parado muitooooo!! Desisto prefiro ir para conquista e pegar ônibus lá!!

Limpeza ônibus ruim.
Paradas nos Restaurante péssimo os lugares.
Levar 30 horas de São Paulo a Brumado, com essa empresa Arte Turismo que faz parte da TPC, ainda chegar em porteirinha e ficar esperando 1 hora para trocar de ônibus para poder chegar até brumado e ficar 9 horas direto sem parar tomar café ou comer algo, com monte de passageiro idoso dentro ônibus falta de respeito com cliente.

A pessoa vai comprar uma passagem e a agente não sabe informa se é buzu, leito ou ônibus de andar.
Nunca vi isso em nenhuma empresa organizada. Nem a Viação Novo Horizonte, com toda sua desorganização, não trabalha dessa forma.
Compra de passagem "às cegas" nunca tinha visto.
