★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trabalhei como Consultor de vendas de Caminhão. Os caminhões são ótimos, muito conforto, espaço e caixa automática até nos VM. Espaço bom que permite entrar com a carreta completa. O único problema está no pós-venda que ainda deixa a desejar. Mecânicos são bem treinados e recebem assessoria por computador. Quando a coisa fica complicada a APAVEL envia uma equipe da matriz para resolver, mas nem sempre é 100%. Podem ocorrer falhas como em qq concessionária e peças em estoque, só as de alta rotatividade. Quando surge a necessidade de peças que não estão no estoque, as vezes demora a chegar. Pelo menos uns 2 dias uteis ou as vezes mais se não tiver essa peça no estoque central. Tem o atendimento móvel também, caso o caminhão pare no meio da estrada. No geral a Empresa é excelente. Existe tb o problema do cliente que muitas vezes não fala a verdade sobre o uso do caminhão. O que deveria ser algo simples acaba se transformando em algo pior. Nessas horas o cliente se acha na razão e muitas vezes faz escândalo desnecessário para tentar conseguir algum abatimento. Isso ocorre em muitos seguimentos, resta o Gerente de atendimento tentar contornar essa situação que muitas vezes se torna difícil.
I worked as a Truck Sales Consultant. The trucks are great, lots of comfort, space and automatic cashier even in the VM. Good space that allows to enter with the complete trailer. The only problem is the after sales that still leaves something to be desired. Mechanics are well trained and receive computer advice. When things get complicated APAVEL sends a team from headquarters to solve, but it's not always 100%. Failures may occur as with any dealer and parts in stock, only those with high turnover. When the need arises for non-stock parts, it sometimes takes time to arrive. At least 2 business days or sometimes more if you don't have this part in the central stock. There is also mobile service if the truck stops in the middle of the road. Overall the Company is excellent. There is also the customer problem that often does not tell the truth about using the truck. What should be something simple turns into something worse. At these times the client is in the right and often makes unnecessary scandal to try to get some rebate. This occurs in many segments, leaving the Service Manager to try to work around this often difficult situation.
